Frequently asked questions
Do you handle plumbing emergencies?
Yes, 24 hours a day. For an active leak, shut off your main water valve first, then call.
Is there a service call fee?
Yes. Our service call fee is $79 for repair and diagnostic visits, and it is credited toward the repair when you go ahead. The $49 drain cleaning has no service call fee added, and quotes on replacements and installs are free.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. Water heaters, gas lines, sewer work and repipes generally need a permit in Utah cities. We pull it and schedule the inspection.
Is Utah’s hard water really a problem for plumbing?
Yes. Scale is the most common reason water heaters, tankless units and fixtures fail early here. A softener or regular flushing prevents most of it.
