What is different in Utah
Hard water is the main reason fixtures fail early in Utah. Scale chews up fill valves, cartridges and aerators. Standard hose bibs also split when a hose is left connected through a freeze.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a worn flapper or a failing fill valve. Both are inexpensive repairs. A running toilet can waste a large amount of water, so it is worth fixing quickly.
Can you install a fixture I bought myself?
Yes. We install customer-supplied faucets, toilets and fixtures. Our warranty then covers the installation rather than the product.
Why did my outdoor faucet burst?
Water trapped in the faucet froze, usually because a hose was left attached. A frost-free hose bib and disconnecting hoses in fall prevent it.
